The Konza Complex is one of the mega infrastructure projects undertaken by the Government at Konza Technopolis. The project entails construction of an Office Block, a Conference Facility and a Hotel Block. The Office Block comprises a 9-storrey building with 2 basements and will be completed in this financial year (i.e. 2018/ 19). The building has adhered to Green Building standards and has incorporated latest smart building technologies and intelligence; hence will be heralded as a smart green building.
Construction works for superstructure of the Office Block is complete with finishing works currently ongoing. The ongoing finishing works include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works. The current cumulative completion rate for the Office Block is estimated at 90%.
