CPA Johnson Kihoro Wambugu is the Senior Chief Finance Officer at the Ministry of ICT, Innovation and youth Affair (State Department for ICT and Innovation.) His key roles include heading the finance division and public financial management. He is also the Chairman Board of Management at Kiriko Sec. School.  

He is a Certified Public Accountant (K) and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Bcom) Hons. and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) ESAMI.
