KONZA TECHNOPOLIS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

I am an Alternate Director representing the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning in the Board of Konza Technopolis Development Authority. I am also a Senior Deputy Director in-charge of Financial Services Affairs Division in National Treasury and Planning. My key responsibility as Division head includes coordination of development of financial services sector policies, laws, regulations and guidelines. For ten years I coordinated the development of performance indicators, preparation of logical frameworks, design and implementation of surveys including baseline surveys, technical report writing and results-based management particularly results-oriented monitoring and evaluation. I have also participated in preparation of programme based budgets for Ministries, Departments and Other Government Agencies.

I hold a Bsc in Mathematics & Computer Science (KU), MSc in Statistics (UoN), Pursuing PhD (Project Development and Management) in JKUAT.

I was born in 1969. I am married with four children.
