JOSEPH MWELE holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Nairobi. 

 Heis a seasoned manager with over 20 years experience in Strategic business development in various industries such as Service industry, Pharmaceuticals, tyre industry & FMCG sales and marketing across several African countries such as Kenya,Uganda,Tanzania,Rwanda,Burundi,Congo,Malawi,Zambia & South Sudan .

He has served in prominent organizations such as Falconry of Kenya, Jubilee Insurance, Phillips Pharmaceuticals & Sameer Africa (Kenya & Burundi) amongst others & served in various capacities including being the founding country manager for Sameer Africa Burundi.

He is hardworking, responsible, Good Communicator, negotiator and team player with a passion for people development and results-oriented.

He is currently a businessman & the Chairman Board of management at ABC-Iveti secondary School.
