Cloud technology has shifted the very structure of the utilization of tech resources across various sectors. The potential that cloud technology holds is absolutely massive. With the potential to rent out hardware, software and storage services for both organizations and individuals, cloud computing is not constrained to a single industry. It has been adopted by organizations across the globe.

However, the biggest challenge in the implementation of cloud services both locally and around the continent has been noted to be privacy, security, and the lack of technical capacity.
