Konza Technopolis Development Authority (KoTDA), the implementing agency under the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology (MoICT) is seeking competent, capable, ambitious, self-motivated and dynamic individuals that demonstrate the appropriate expertise and experience to contribute to the development of the Konza Technopolis into a sustainable world-class technology hub.
The Mission of Konza Technopolis Development Authority is “to develop a sustainable smart city and innovation ecosystem contributing to Kenya’s knowledge economy”. Konza Technopolis as an area of Innovation is especially suited to Education Institutions, Research & Development Centres and Commercial interests in the sectors of Life sciences, Engineering and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES). To this end the Government of Kenya has begun the process of upgrading Phase 1 horizontal infrastructure, construction of the KoTDA Hub, the Government cloud infrastructure and establishment of Kenya’s first dedicated research and innovation University. This represents a total investment of over KES 80 Billion by the government into Konza Technopolis, a Vision 2030 flagship project. Konza Technopolis will also be a special economic Zone with Incentives targeted at participating enterprises.

My Career Journey kicked off way back some 23 years back, that started at the Nairobi Club in April, 1999 as a Food & Beverage Service Waiter rising to the Chief Doorman, exiting with a Ten year experience. This was followed by a One year contract Job at the Barclays Bank of Kenya as a Sales person between April, 2011 to March 2012; then again back to Hotel sector courtesy of a Six month work at the Norfolk Hotel on Casual basis as a Banquette Waiter between Oct 2012 and April 2013. After that, I changed into Sales and Marketing sector by joining Gesterd Investments & Logistics where I worked as a Sales Executive between March 2014 to June 2016. Eventually, I engaged in the Venture of Sales & Distribution of Eggs for Domestic Use from August 2016 to date. I am thus Ready and Willing to take up any Career Opportunity with Konza Technocity.
