Given the magnitude of the project Konza Techno City, there are vast opportunities for both local and foreign investors. In this regard, KoTDA organized a breakfast meeting with KPDA on October 2015 to explain the available opportunities at Konza and encourage investors to take up the phase 1A parcels of land by way of Expressions of Interest. Konza aims to attract Real estate, Sacco’s, Banks, pension funds, and other financial institutions.
