The Deputy President Hon. William Ruto commissioned access roads and basic infrastructure at the Konza site that will open up Konza to infrastructure investment. Emphasizing that the Konza is a national project, Mr. Ruto urged the leadership of Machakos, Makueni and Kajiado counties to work together to ensure its success saying the boundaries between the counties were for administrative purposes only and not meant to divide them. The Deputy President was joined by Cabinet Secretaries of Transport and Infrastructure, ICT and Energy, Konza Technopolis Development Authority and Vision 2030 Delivery Board.
